REQUIREMENT

To train Promoters from one of the leading manufactures of mobile phones on Product,Process,Sales and Customer Interaction in the Western Region. The manufacturer launches new and improved products in different categories. It is imperative that Continuous Learning & Development for the promoters is carried out periodically for better customer satisfaction.


OUR APPROACH

EduRiser covers the entire end-to-end training for approximately 1300 promoters across the western region on a regular basis. A task force of dedicated trainers keep the promoters abreast of the new and updated products while also focusing on training on effective Process, Sales and Customer Interaction. Instructor Led Training is conducted at 40 locations in a month. EduRiser also undertakes the infrastructural support for the interventions and trainer co-ordination.
