EduRiser in collaboration with CrossKnowledge successfully conducted a webinar on "10 Tips for Rapid Learning Roll-out ".

Paul Morton, Business Consulting Director- CrossKnowledge, shared practical advice and concrete tips to rapidly and effectively rollout rapid learning which was widely appreciated and accepted by HR personnel and L&D staff who attended it.

He very lucidly and from a practical point of view explained application of certain principles of "Rapid Learning" that will help to ensure that Rapid Learning projects have the best chance of success, and that the "rapid" approach achieves real excellence in terms of cost effectiveness, bottom line impact, replicability, audience uptake and so much more.

EduRiser hosted the first ever Corporate Profitability Workshop in Mumbai. The workshop is a powerful means of developing Business and Commercial Acumen in a fun and collaborative environment. Master Facilitator, Philipp Von Both from Profitability, UK conducted this hugely successful 2 day Business Simulation for Managers across industry verticals.

Corporate Profitability is a board based business simulation that enlightens participants how their every decision can make a substantial impact on Balance Sheets, P & L, Pricing, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash flow and hence of course Profitability. Profitability Simulations are quite new to India but they have created waves abroad with Harvard Business School, London Business School and few others conducting them as an essential part of their Finance Curriculum. Many reputed organizations too have chosen to run it with their teams, including Nestle, Siemens, GE Capital, Roche, Deloitte and GlaxoSmithKline.

We were one of the proud sponsors at Siliconindia’s HR Summit at Orchid, Mumbai. The EduRiser team showcased our services and products at the summit with much fanfare and success.

Dr. Scott Simmerman facilitated this 1 Day Strategy Implementation Workshop for CEOs, CXOs, Heads and Top Level Management teams across domains. It simulates the setting of the wilderness where Dutchman participants' must get to the mine and Mine as much Gold as they can and return home. The situations that arise are designed to apply directly to real-time workplace situations. The participants could relate to and apply the learning from the simulation to the workplace that encourage them to think and reflect, evaluate situations, value relationships between departments, promote interdependence, appreciate roles, maximize ROI and more. Participants of the program believed that the Dutchman Simulation is one of the best tools for reinforcing learnings of Strategic Planning and Implementation, Collaboration, Teamwork and Resource Planning & Management.

The Search for the Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine (LDGM) is an experiential program based on a collaborative business simulation, designed to be an engaging session and mostly fun.

The half day program at Residency Hotel, Mumbai was aimed at frontline to top management professionals across departments and business functions. Mr. Solomon Salvis, CEO of EduRiser Learning Solutions (P) Ltd. facilitated the program. To name a few, participants from Vodafone,, Wockhardt, Nomura, Ultratech, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Saraswat Bank, SVC Bank, MOL were part of this powerful collaborative simulation program.
